  • Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, network identifier, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that person.

II. Sources and Categories of Personal Data Processed
  • The controller processes personal data that you have provided or that was obtained in connection with fulfilling your order.
  • The controller processes your identification and contact data and data necessary for contract fulfillment.
III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Personal Data Processing
  • The legal basis for processing personal data is:
  • performance of a contract between you and the controller pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,
  • the legitimate interest of the controller in providing direct marketing (especially sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR,
  • your consent for processing for direct marketing purposes (especially sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with §7(2) Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, if no order for goods or services has been placed.
  • The purpose of personal data processing is:
  • – processing your order and exercising rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; personal data required for successful order processing (name, address, contact) are necessary to conclude and perform the contract; without providing personal data, the contract cannot be concluded or performed,
  • – sending commercial communications and performing other marketing activities.
  • The controller does not / does perform automated individual decision-making pursuant to Art. 22 GDPR. You have given explicit consent for such processing.
IV. Retention Period
  • The controller retains personal data:
  • for the period necessary to exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship (15 years after termination of the contractual relationship),
  • until consent for marketing purposes is withdrawn, up to a maximum of 5 years if processing is based on consent.
  • After the retention period, the controller deletes the personal data.
V. Recipients of Personal Data (Subcontractors of the Controller)
  • Recipients of personal data are persons:
  • involved in delivering goods/services/processing payments under a contract,
  • involved in ensuring operational services,
  • providing marketing services,
  • The controller does not / does intend to transfer personal data to third countries (outside the EU) or international organizations. Recipients in third countries are providers of mailing or cloud services.
VI. Your Rights
  • Under GDPR, you have the right to:
  • access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • rectification of personal data (Art. 16 GDPR) or restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • erasure of personal data (Art. 17 GDPR),
  • object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR),
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
  • withdraw consent in writing or electronically at the address or email of the controller given in Section III of these terms,
  • file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe your data protection rights have been violated.
VII. Data Security Measures
  • The controller declares that all appropriate technical and organizational measures have been taken to secure personal data.
  • Technical measures have been implemented to protect data storage and personal data in physical form.
  • Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel only.
VIII. Final Provisions
  • By submitting an order through the online order form, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms of personal data protection.
  • You agree to these terms by checking the consent box in the online form, confirming that you have read and accept the terms in full.
  • The controller may amend these terms. The new version will be published on the website and/or sent to your provided email address.

These terms take effect on 01.01.2026.
